| SAN JOSE ST: The Spartans will look similar this season, as 15 starters return. The defense is the weaker of their two units, and new defensive coordinator Ron English will be tasked with turning it around. Look for the team to improve on its 6-7 record now that it have more experience than in recent seasons. | | NEW MEXICO: After having reached its first bowl game since 2007, New Mexico returns its top two WRs in Dameon Gamblin and Delane Hart-Johnson'the hope is that a passing game led by run-first QB Lamar Jordan can help take some of the heat off the team's prolific running game. The defense will once again be led by star middle linebacker Dakota Cox. |
