| GEORGIA ST: The Panthers went 6-7 last season and reached the first bowl game in the program's history. The key to getting back to a bowl will be finding a suitable replacement for QB Nick Arbuckle among redshirt junior Conner Manning, redshirt sophomore Emiere Scaife and redshirt freshman Aaron Winchester. Senior WR Robert Davis (980 yds) returns to lead the group of skill players. Nine starters return on defense. | | APPALACHIAN ST: Appalachian State looks to build off its 11-win season last year, and the team is in a good position to do so with a group of returning RBs led by Marcus Cox (1,423 yds). The offense, which ranked 30th in FBS in 2015, also has QB Taylor Lamb (2,387 yds, 31 TD) returning. The defense should be improved with nine returning starters. |
