If you sleep with someone who tends to have a snoring problem, one way to ensure that you get a good night sleep is to go to bed before they do. This way, you will have a better chance of not hearing all of the noise. This may not help if you sleep lightly, but the effort may not be in vain. This seems painful, but you do what works best for you. You can also try using special pillows and other special anti-snoring bed items to help prevent you from snoring.
