KEY GAME INFORMATION

	APPALACHIAN ST: Appalachian State had a top-25 rushing defense a year ago, and the team should be good in this regard in 2017. On offense, the Mountaineers will lean heavily on RB Jalin Moore, who rushed for 1,402 yards and 10 TDs last year. QB Taylor Lamb added nine TDs rushing.
	MASSACHUSETTS: Mark Whipple has done some good things at UMass, but he absolutely needs to be better this season. The Minutemen have won three or fewer games in three straight years, and that is unacceptable.
