| BALL ST: Ball State's secondary was nowhere to be found last season, allowing 319.7 yards per game. Only two teams in the nation did worse than that, so this group will need to find a way to stop the pass. If it can do that then the Cardinals might not finish in last. But that's a big 'if'. | | W KENTUCKY: QB Mike White is not only one of the best in Conference USA, but also the nation. With him at the helm, this offense is going to remain explosive. WKU just needs its defense to rise to the occasion. |
