| BYU: If the Cougars remain the fourth-most penalized team in the nation (81.0 yards per game), they may not be able to extend their bowl streak to 11 straight appearances because of an absolutely brutal 2015 schedule. A winless September is a real possibility with games against four potential Top 25 teams (at Nebraska, vs. Boise State, at UCLA, at Michigan). October and November are obviously easier, but playing at Utah State, Missouri in K.C., and home tilts versus Cincinnati, Fresno State and ECU will provide significant challenges. That leaves only UConn, Wagner and San Jose St. as guaranteed wins. | | UTAH ST: If any team is going to end up bring able to make a run at Boise State in the Mountain division, it will be the Aggies. The defense will be smothering again'after a year in Hawaii, Kevin Clune returns to Utah State as defensive coordinator. If quarterback Chuckie Keeton can come back at even 90% health, the offense will be able to move the ball. They get both Boise State and Colorado State at home this year, so the opportunity for a title run will be there. |
