 | TULANE: Tulane needs far better quarterback play than it received last year from Glen Cuiellette, who finished last among FBS passers in both completion percentage (42.6) and yards per attempt (5.5). Tulane's secondary is strong, but the defense needs improvement everywhere else. | | SMU: Head coach Chad Morris has done a good job turning SMU around, and he'll now look to get them to a bowl game for the first time since 2012.
Fortunately, QB Ben Hicks is back to lead an offense that was pretty explosive last year. The defense, however, needs to improve on all levels. |
