| BAYLOR: New head coach Matt Rhule did a phenomenal job turning Temple around, but he faces a whole new challenge at Baylor. This team has been plagued by off-field incidents over the past few years, and it's not going to be easy for Rhule to change the culture. Still, there is some talent left over for him. The offense certainly has some playmakers, but the defense was a disaster last season. It'll take time to change that. | | KANSAS ST: QB Jesse Ertz was solid for the Wildcats a year ago, and he should be a lot better this season. His dual-threat ability makes it very hard for defenses to defend, as he is also joined in the backfield by the explosive Alex Barnes. But while the offense is impressive, this Kansas State defense certainly has question marks. The Wildcats lack big name playmakers, and they'll need a number of guys to step it up this season. |
