As you're losing weight, allow yourself to grow into your new and changing body image. Give away the large clothes that no longer fit. You give yourself a psychological boost by letting go of that old body and embracing the new. Similarly, however, it's not healthy to hang onto a closetful of old tiny clothes that don't fit, either. Make sure the clothes in your wardrobe fit the size you are now.
When cooking with meat, one trick to stretching it, is to pound it flat before you cook it. You will be cooking much thiner pieces, which will cut way back on the amount of cooking time. You will also tend to eat less since the meat will go a lot farther than taking thick bites.
Water is one of the most important things to consume for weight loss. Water helps to reduce the toxins in your body, which can build up and lead to excess fat. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
Some people trying to lose weight live in apartment buildings or in small spaces where there's no room to walk and they cannot afford exercise equipment or a gym membership.
