KEY GAME INFORMATION
STANFORD: It's not easy to replace the production of RB Christian McCaffrey, but the Cardinal could choose to air it out more this season. QB Keller Chryst is recovering from a torn ACL, but he is the most talented QB they've had since Andrew Luck. Stanford's D, meanwhile, is as good as anybody's.
TCU: TCU is coming off of a down year, but the team was young and should be ready to make some major improvements this season. The Horned Frogs return 17 starters, and two of those are QB Kenny Hill and WR KaVontae Turpin. Hill should be one of the better QBs in the conference, and Turpin is as explosive as they come in the open field. The offense should click. The defense, however, desperately needs the secondary to improve fast.
