Mike Jinks takes over with the Falcons having lost star quarterback Matt Johnson and his top target, WR Roger Lewis, from an offense that ranked fourth in FBS in total offense a season ago. | | OHIO ST: Perhaps the best testament to Urban Meyer's program-building ability is the fact that his Buckeyes are a threat to win the Big Ten even in rebuilding years. While 'rebuild' is too strong of a word to describe this roster, losing 10 top-100 picks to the NFL Draft results in a sizable depletion in talent for any team. But as long as QB J.T. Barrett is around (and no longer at risk of losing his job), Ohio State will be favored over most opponents. |
